Smart Finance

Terms of use

Conditions for the Smart Finance private pilot and its bank connections.

Last updated: 14 July 2026

Service and authorised user

Smart Finance is currently a private tool operated by David Ignacio García García to manage his own accounts, documents, expenses, income and reports. It is not offered to the public and does not permit third-party access except for collaborators expressly invited to the workspace.

Bank connections

The user chooses which accounts to connect and personally completes authentication, consent and SCA. A connection can be revoked through the provider or bank. Availability, history and transaction updates depend on the bank and Enable Banking.

Review of results

Classification, reconciliation, OCR and AI produce proposals and may be wrong. Tax, accounting, contractual and expense outputs must be reviewed before submission or use in a decision. Smart Finance is not a substitute for an accountant, tax adviser, lawyer or financial institution.

Permitted use
  • Use only accounts and documents you own or are authorised to manage.
  • Do not bypass access controls or attempt to obtain another user's data.
  • Do not share keys, sessions, consent links or authentication codes.
  • Keep adequate copies and evidence for applicable legal duties.
Availability and liability

The pilot is provided without a guarantee of continuous availability. External providers may cause interruptions or incomplete data. To the extent permitted by law, the controller is not liable for decisions made without checking original sources or failures outside reasonable control.

Changes and governing law

These terms will be updated before the service opens to third parties, introduces payments or materially changes purpose. Spanish law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply.
